  • Orders are prepared, packed, and handed over for transport from our warehouse.
  • Bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity.

🚛 Transport vs Delivery (Important Notice)

  • Our website may show the term “Delivery” during checkout.
  • However, please note that we do not provide direct door delivery services.

  • Orders are dispatched through:
    • Transport companies
    • Logistics partners
    • Parcel services
  • Customers may need to:
    • Collect goods from the transport office, OR
    • Coordinate with the transporter for final delivery

📍 Transport Details

  • Transport will be arranged based on:
    • Order size
    • Location
    • Availability of logistics services
  • Transport charges:
    • May be paid by customer (To Pay)
    • Or included in invoice (if agreed in advance)
  • Tracking details / LR number will be shared once dispatched.

⏱️ Estimated Transport Time

  • Metro cities: 2–5 days
  • Tier 2/3 cities: 3–7 days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 days

Note: Timelines depend on transporter and are not guaranteed.

📦 Responsibility & Risk

  • Once goods are handed over to the transporter:
    • Risk is transferred to the customer
    • Kiwi Party is not responsible for:
      • Delays in transit
      • Damage during transport
      • Loss by transport company

🔍 Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive:
    • Transport receipt (LR copy)
    • Transporter contact details
  • You can track your shipment directly with the transport provider.

  • Any changes after dispatch will not be possible.
  • For bulk orders, unloading arrangements must be handled by the customer.
